WIRRAL FAMILY COACHING PROJECT
Working with Wirral Borough Council and Capacity we were commissioned to design and deliver a programme to train life coaches and provide them with ongoing support as part of the council's early years intervention work across the peninsula.
As part of this pioneering project Metanoeo CIC helped establish a free-at-the-point-of-contact life coaching service which provided over 600 coaching sessions in its first few months of operation.

Working with third sector organisations to change practice culture
Metanoeo designed and delivered a multi-modal programme including workshops, exploration groups, 1-2-1 tutorials and learning sets to support managers and practitioners transform thei organisational culture to become more coaching and enabling focused.
