WIRRAL FAMILY COACHING PROJECT

Working with Wirral Borough Council and Capacity we were commissioned to design and deliver a programme to train life coaches and provide them with ongoing support as part of the council's early years intervention work across the peninsula.

As part of this pioneering project Metanoeo CIC helped establish a free-at-the-point-of-contact life coaching service which provided over 600 coaching sessions in its first few months of operation.

CULTIVATING COACHING CULTURES

Working with third sector organisations to change practice culture

We were commissined to design and deliver a multi-modal programme including workshops, exploration groups, 1-2-1 tutorials and learning sets to support managers and practitioners transform thei organisational culture to become more coaching and enabling focused.

The course proved so popular that we now offer it as part of our regular programme.

NEURODIVERSITY

TRAINING FOR PROBATION PRACTITIONERS

Commissioned by 3Sc we designed and delivered bespoke situationally relevant workshops.

With a background in criminal justice practice we designed bespoke workshops for Wales Probation and West Midlands Probation practitioners so they could adopt a coaching informed approach to working with neurodiverse clients.

It's probably helped me more with working with my caseload than anything I've done in a while
