MINDFUL LIVING



This short beginners guide to living a mindful life will help you explore how you can use the principles of mindfulness to help you take more control of your thinking, emotions and life. The course covers:


  • A brief introduction to the concept and impact

  • Formal and informal meditation

  • Impact on relationships with others

  • Next steps


In the online and study guide versions you will be guided through the principles and application of living a mindful life with lectures, exercises and quizzes in which to participate. In a group or one-to-one setting this course will take approximately one-hour.
