In the online and study guide versions you will be guided through the principles and application of living a mindful life with lectures, exercises and quizzes in which to participate. In a group or one-to-one setting this course will take approximately one-hour.
You will learn the basics of what mindfulness is, and how you can practice and apply the principles in your own life.
This course is targeted at anyone who is interested in exploring mindfulness but doesn't like the idea of spending hours meditating or joining a group.
