If you are a faith or community group we can provide the following taster sessions for free*. We charge to provide taster sessions to commercial organisations. All our masterclasses, beginners guides and personal tools kits are available at a reasonable charge. For more information please enquire using the contact form.

Participants will be able to gain an insight into what it is like to work in the sector and how best to support people journey from crime.

Participants will be able to gain an insight into the potential of engaging the values, beliefs and faith of others in undertaking their own work.

We will consider the variety of issues people face and where people can go for help. The session takes a positive perspective recognising the commonality of suffering from issues of poor mental health.

Participants will be able to gain an insight into the potential of home visiting from a multidisciplinary perspective and discover and consider the views of those visited.
A one-hour introduction to the concept and practice of mindfulness including a number of short practice meditations.
An interactive workshop introducing participants to a series of portable mental tools they can use in just two minutes to add to the quality of their life around thinking, communicating and relationships.
