The content of this course has been primarily designed for personal development and wellbeing. A certificate of completion is available at the end of the course which we can internally verify for Continued Professional Development (CPD) purposes if desired.
Dependent on how quickly you work through the study materials this course usually takes between 60-90 minutes to complete.
There are no formal entry requirements others than a willingness to engage with the concepts.
